The sign hanging on my office wall says “I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list”. I think of every trip as a new adventure and an addition to my collection of memories. For me, the perfect trip is a balance of structured tours and activities to learn about the facts and history of the destination, and free time to wander, relax and immerse myself in the culture of a place.
I’ve always loved to travel, and I enjoy the travel planning process, so working as a travel advisor was a natural choice when I was deciding on my second career. I specialize in trips to Europe, including river cruises and personally tailored experiences, along with the Caribbean and Hawaii. I also put together trips to many other destinations when requested.
Travelers have different interests, budgets and expectations and I believe it is my job to understand their needs and use that information to curate a trip that will endure in their personal collection of memories. I enjoy working with large and small groups, families and individuals and also do business travel for some of my clients. I look forward to helping my clients check off the next destination that’s on their list.
