Day 5

Beach day baby! Nothing is planned but there are plenty of optional activities available (snorkeling, ATV riding, etc.) that can easily be booked upon arriving. One popular excursion is the sunset sailing tour.

Keep in mind this is totally optional:

Silently glide along Costa Rica’s Gold Coast while passing some of Guanacaste’s exotic bays, white sand beaches, tropical jungles and rain forest. Enjoy a cold tropical drink prepared and served to you by the bilingual staff. Gaze off the bow and scan the seas for dolphins, sea turtles, flying fish or even a breaching whale. Stop in a tranquil bay, drop anchor and frolic in the blue Pacific. Snorkel in the bay or run down the deserted white sand beach while the ever-helpful crew prepares a feast of fruit, chips, dips, ceviche and salad bridges over the forest make a perfect combination for an unforgettable experience.

Also you can totally just lie on the beach and eat hot dogs all day.

Day 7

It’s time to say goodbye to Costa Rica, at the pre-arranged time and according to your flight schedule you will be transferred from the hotel to the International Airport in San Jose to take you flight back home.

If you want to cry, that's ok. It's actually encouraged. Ok I lied it's actually more than encouraged. It's a very little known fact but if you spend more than five days in Costa Rica and don't cry upon leaving, you get detained at the airport until you apologize for not having the emotional capacity needed to visit this beautiful country. So just a heads up.
