Fee Schedule

Travel Planning

  • Multi-Stop FIT = $250.00 – $1,000 (based on stops and component complexity)
                      For trips that are 7 days or less with 1-4 people traveling on the same itinerary (or one family).
  • Multi-Stop Group = $500.00 – $1,500 (based on stops and component complexity
  • Last Minute Booking Fee = $250.00
                      For travel planning request less than 30 days prior to departure date.

Airline Services

When NOT included in a package:

  • Domestic OR International Air Reservation = $25.00 PER ticket
  • Domestic OR International Changes or Cancellations = $50.00 PER ticket
  • Flight ONLY bookings cannot be booked for travel dates less than 90 days prior to departure date.

Change Fee

  • Changes to itinerary and/or components once under deposit = $50.00 PER Booking

Cancellations

  • Cancellation once under deposit = $50.00 PER PERSON

Miscellaneous

  • Visa Assistance (Application Process Assistance) = $25.00 PER PERSON
  • Concierge Services in Destination (Dining / Hotel Special Service Arrangements) = $100.00 Per Trip
